Luuk is a financial services entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and transforming businesses across asset management, insurance, and private equity. He has led complex strategic change and growth initiatives within highly regulated environments, operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and intelligent technology. With deep expertise in business design, governance, and AI-driven operating models, Luuk focuses on re-architecting financial services to be structurally smarter, more scalable, and data-led. Nicola Berry is General Counsel at A-Lab Solutions Limited, the company behind Reseo™, and an accomplished commercial lawyer and trusted business partner. She brings extensive experience supporting product development and digital business within the technology sector, gained both in private practice and during a long tenure at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Limited, which operates the PlayStation video games business across EMEA. Nicola also has significant board-level experience, serving as a trustee to several charities, and is a member of the Welsh Industrial Development Advisory Board. She is delighted to be part of Reseo.

Katie vines, Executive assistant at Reseo. She’s a qualified community public health and ICU nurse. Despite changing careers to administration and becoming a freelance virtual assistant in fast-paced environments, she has gained a lot of valuable skills and knowledge from her international experiences by working with entrepreneurs in various sectors at an executive level. Katie has demonstrable experience in problem-solving effectively and efficiently by using her being attentive to details and having strong communication skills. She looks forward to helping in business development by creating strong relationships with clients, by making sure that meetings and schedules are in synchronisation.

With a proven track record of driving digital and AI-led transformation initiatives, she supports organisations in improving operational efficiency, accelerating productivity, and strengthening data-driven decision-making. Shalini thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance. She is highly skilled in managing end-to-end project execution, translating complex requirements into structured delivery plans, and supporting scalable implementation that drives measurable outcomes. With a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, Shalini plays a key role in enabling internal effectiveness while supporting Reseo’s wider growth ambitions.
